after new year holidays

Came back to work on yesterday after new year holidays. We went Matara (my home town) for new year. Met most of friends and relatives there. But didn't able to visit all the places as usual since we got a very short time to stay there. But it was a good break after working for six months without much break. Few holidays and change of environment help to refresh myself.

getting settle down with confidence

There's nothing much to do out side the office since all are shutting down for New Year. Up coming holidays are making things slow. All wants to take the decision and start projects after new year. There for I decided to do my home work and get ready for game after holidays. I manage to build a pretty heavy funnel for last few months after I join here and I got to close as much as I can soon after these holidays.

Im trying to take the opportunity of this time and started planning my work for next few months. I need to work more harder as well as in smart manner. I think I manage to get the necessary experience and maturity you need to have as a Business Development Manager. Its not so sophisticated. You need to have as well as develop lots of skills and so many other things. You need to the right thing at the right time and need to act according to the situation.

I think Im ready move forward and make things happen.

i can see the light but its so hard to move forward

I didn't able to post any thing for so many days. I was busy with work and things were so complected. I was not free to put my thoughts and write something.

I know Im hitting my head to break the wall & im so close to the final stage of it. But this is the most tough time. Things are moving very slowly & you need lots of patients at this stage.

I can see the light but its so hard to move forward due to lots of barriers. But Im not going to give up battle.
