We talk a lot about implementing different processes, business process re-engineering etc and things like time management etc when it comes to personal life. Yes its really good to do all these. But the most important thing is to follow the basics. Its a common thing that we all forget basics when things are tough. We spend lots of time for doing research on big topics without following the basics.
