Its important to train your people on what they do. You mite me tech genius but that does not mean you can walk in to a company and start writing codes for their application. You will understand the technical side of it and you will able to write best codes but that does not mean those are matching to the application. This is where companies need to train their new employees on their application. Specially on business aspect of the solution. It makes employees life easy and they will able to give better out put and the same time it will help to reduce lots of re work and delaying dead lines.
