its high time to plan everything

I was doing many things during last few months as usual. I love t work on multiple things. I can't figure out exact reason but I love to wok on different platforms. There for I never said no when my management asked to take the responsibility of new things.
Its not very easy thing to do. I mean doing many things at once. You can miss some important things when your doing one. There for its very important to keep track on all the things separately and then as a common schedule. List down all the assignments and then assign tasks for each and every thing and finally manage time and assign dead lines to each tasks. But its not easy as writing here. I was doing an evaluation on myself and things I did and achieve during last few months. Now I know I didn't work according to a plan. I was doing things daily basis and when needed kind of basis. This is not the way I should work. Its high time to put things on a paper, plan, schedule and prioritise and get things done more accurately.
I am suppose to do following things now.
My primary job as Business Development Manager
Project Management
Run Microsoft Certification Program
CMMI L3 Program
Yes I know this is too much. But I love doing all these. More importantly, I need to do all these things successfully since I take all these as important areas and skills for my future planes.
Now I am to come up with a plan with all these things. Prioritise things. Set time lines and stick to plan and go ahead. I won't let anything to miss.
